Modify or Cancel Order

  1. Can I change my order or cancel it?

    • ​Custom Orders:​ Unfortunately, once placed, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are processed immediately.
    • ​Non-Custom Orders:​ Changes or cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
  2. What if I want to change the ship-to address?

    • If your order has not been fulfilled, contact us to update the shipping address.

Shipping Information

  1. How long is shipping?

    • ​Non-Custom Orders:​ Typically shipped within 24 hours; allow up to 2 business days.
    • ​Custom Orders:* Manufacturing takes up to 25 business days. Shipping takes 3-5 business days (domestic) or 8-18 business days (international).
  2. Where are orders shipped from?

    • Orders are shipped from our Chicago, USA warehouse. Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination.
  3. International Shipping & Customs

    • International customers may need to pay customs and import taxes. Contact your local customs office for details.
  4. My package is lost in the mail

    • Refunds or replacements are offered if tracking hasn’t updated for at least 30 days.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is your returns and exchanges policy?
    • ​Custom Items:​ No cancellations, but replacements or returns are offered for damaged items (e.g., defective gems or markings not in the uploaded photo). Blurry images due to low-resolution photos are not covered.
    • ​Non-Custom Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are also possible within 30 days. Refunds may take 3-7 business days.

Custom Items

  1. Photo Requirements

    • For best quality, photos should be at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. Photos under 400 x 400 pixels may result in blurry images, and we will contact you for a replacement photo.
  2. Damaged Product

    • Free replacements are offered for damaged items, such as defective gems or markings not in the uploaded photo. Blurry images due to low-resolution photos are not covered. Proof (photo/video) is required for replacements or refunds.
